exercise - exercising releases endorphins which literally makes the body feel good

set small goals - a great way to build self confidence

write - the best medicine in my opinion is self expression

Read a book - take yourself out of your world for a few hours a day

Show some gratitude - often times its easy to forget about what we don't have

Sleep - not too much but get an adequate amount each night
